On behalf of my family and myself, we would like to highly recommend Sean Christman of Sierra Cedar Corp for the high quality workmanship and professionalism he brought to the construction of our vacation home.

The original cabin that our parents purchased many years ago burned completely to the ground which was very traumatic for the family.  We were fortunate to contract with Sean and Sierra Cedar Corp to rebuild the cabin, and Sean assured us that the replacement would be bigger and better that the old one. He more than lived up to his promise, building a cabin that is of top quality construction and with features that are so much easier to maintain. Sean did, in fact, build us a dream home on time and on budget.

As stated above the craftsmanship of Sean and his crew was outstanding and work was done in a professional and timely manner. We are also highly appreciative of how easy it was to work with Sean. His knowledge of Forest Service policies and county rules and regulations saved us a great deal of time and money. Sean’s patience and integrity are other traits we cannot praise highly enough.

Thank you for staking out your Property. That is the best delineation I have seen in the ten years I’ve been doing this job. Thanks for the Good work. When I get back to the office I will approve your septic system permit. The packet will be sent to the building department for when you pick up your “Blue Bag.”

We have used Sierra Cedar Corp. as the prime contractor on two custom residences that our firm designed. Sean and his staff do an excellent job with attention to detail and keeping our clients informed and happy; they manage to keep the project construction on schedule and within budget. I highly recommend this company, as the contractor of choice, for your building project.

Thank you for all your excellent work. We’re loving the solid, secure construction as this week’s rain and wind is heard outside (and not inside). The gift certificate is for you and your wife. Hoping that the two of you can drop by here some afternoon so that you can show off construction and share a glass of wine with Scott and I, maybe take some pictures and then go through town to the restaurant for a celebration dinner.
